Condensation is the most common moisture problem. It is the consequence of excessive air humidity in the living space which, due to a lack of ventilation, precipitates on cold surfaces such as outer walls. This surface is an ideal breeding ground for moulds. Excessive relative air humidity and moulds are harmful to your environment and can also be pernicious to you and your family!
